This is just a quick thankyou in regards to my daughter’s reception and ceremony at your establishment. I don’t know where to start. The food the staff the venue the list is long. Special mention to Steph and Kate, you were both fantastic, everybody at the wedding made comment as to the high level of professionalism all of the staff exhibited on the day. The food the service and the willingness of staff to go out of their way to ensure Sarah and peters day was a success. I speak for both families, we really appreciated it.

The big hardwood tree in the Bonville Golf Resort rainforest is the perfect backdrop for a wedding ceremony. It is a magnificent symbol of strength, shelter and growth. This fine specimen of a gum provides shade from the afternoon sun which filters through its leafy branches.

Sitting in the shade with filtered light coming through the surrounding forest and the large old gum tree the guests  are able to relax and be comfortable even if the bride is running a bit late. The setting is tranquil and unhurried. The quiet of the rainforest allows for a sense of stillness and reverence to be present as the ceremony unfolds. The occasional bird or rustle of the breeze create a lovely ambience.

The  clearing has been beautifully landscaped to provide a ceremonial area complete with red carpet and signing table provided by the resort.  The aisle is lined with two flower gardens and a long and winding stone pathway guides the bridal party in for a stunning entrance.

There are two entrances into the rainforest, either a five minute stroll from the main resort or easy access from the car park.  Couples can arrange for older guests or those with mobility problems to arrive in the golf buggies. The bride and her attendants always arrive in the buggies just a little way down the path out of sight of the guests so she can take a moment to relax and take a deep breath.

In case of wet weather the upstairs gallery in the resort is used. This has glorious views over the golf course with a deck on all three sides of the room with glass windows all around.

Just writing to say the organisation on Saturday was great and we had a wonderful day.　Thanks a lot to yourself, Kate and the other staff working on the day. Our expectations for the venue were definately met. Anyway thanks again all the best for the future.
