As the sun goes down guests enjoy our transformed and intimate fine dining experience. The Flooded Gums restaurant has enjoyed restaurant industry accolades which proudly adorn the walls.

Guests enjoy a modern seasonal menu delivered by Executive Head Chef Darren Ryan.

Couple this with our “2 Glasses” (Fine Wine Partners & Gourmet Traveller Wine List Of the Year Awards) and “Award for Excellence” (Wine Spectator Magazine Wine List of the Year Awards – only property in Regional NSW to be awarded this award)

Award Winning wine list featuring age release and current vintages from acclaimed producers in the greatest regions, the potential for serious food and wine matching is limitless. The list includes Australia’s finest wines as well as a selection of European, New Zealand, South American to mention but a few. The experienced Flooded Gums waitstaff, trained by consulting Sommelier – Niels Sluiman of sister property to Bonville Golf Resort, Jonah’s Restaurant Whale Beach, are on hand to help you select and match wines for your dining pleasure.

With the subtly lit flooded gum lined fairways providing a dramatic vista, the soft glow of candlelight, and in winter, the crack and flicker of a cosy open fire, the Flooded Gums Restaurant is the perfect setting.

By Day – Bonville Brasserie

Exceptional customer service awaits guests in the Bonville brasserie by day. Guests enjoy barista made coffee and a selection of potted teas, together with a delicious a la carte selection of breakfast items. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before your round OR for those on the go, let our chef prepare you a bacon and egg roll and a take-away beverage.

In-house guests enjoy an a la carte breakfast included in their stay, play and dine package (Barista Coffee not included).

The Bonville Brasserie lunch menu features a selection of seasonal dishes just begging to be matched with one of our award-winning wines. Enjoy lunch overlooking the 18th green as Kookaburras perch in the surrounding gums.

On course? Take advantage of our ranger service offering a selection of cold alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fresh made sandwiches, pies and sausage rolls, chips and chocolate bars.

Why not use our convenient live ordering available on our golf carts as you make your way to the 8th hole and pick up from our clubhouse. Guests can select from coffee, teas, hot chocolate, selection of hot pastries, bacon and egg rolls and toasted sandwiches before continuing to the 9th tee.
