2019 Ladies European Tour Rookie of the Year Esther Henseleit has what looks like to goods to go all the way at the Geoff King Motors Australian Ladies Classic Bonville when it returns to the Coffs Coast next week. In one of her first appearances on the Ladies European Tour, Henseleit tied for 9th place in the 2019 event posting rounds of 73, 74, 73 and 67.
Returning to better that performance is something the world ranked #128 professional is more than capable of. Henseleit performed consistently well in 2019 and has collected LET career earnings of $209,000. Her list of achievements includes 10 top ten finishes. She won the Kenya Ladies Open where she shot rounds of 69, 70, 71 and a career best 64 as well as finishing runner up in the Estrella Damm Ladies Open, Ladies European Thailand Championships and La Reserva De Sotogrande in Spain

The German national was awarded the 2019 LET Order of Merit ahead of 2019 Australian Ladies Classic champion Marianne Skarpnord making her overall 2019 tour performance one of the stand out rookie performances of the last decade.
Henseleit ranked 4th for the total number of birdies on the 2019 tour. She had 180 birdies and complimented that effort with 565 pars. Her average verses par (par 5) was -1.5. Bonville will suit this long hitter well.
Tournament rounds will tee off on 20th February following a Pro-Am event on 19th. Players making the cut will contest final rounds on Saturday 22nd and 23rd to decide a winner.
